What to expect in short courses?

Short Courses are very interactive where you can talk to the Chef and ask questions during the demonstration.

Are recipes provided?

Recipes provided only contain ingredients; students must take notes on methodology.

Is photography allowed?

You may bring a camera to take photos of your completed dishes, but no other photography is permitted.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds, but deferments are accepted if cancelled 3 weeks prior to the course date.
