Before you choose
Not sure which plan fits your business? Ask, and a person answers by email.
Ask a question- Is the free listing really free?
- Yes. No card, no renewal and no expiry. A free listing shows your name, address, phone and hours, and it appears on your category and neighbourhood pages like every other listing.
- How do I start a paid plan?
- Send us a message with the plan you want and the business it is for. We reply by email and set it up with you.
- My business is already on ViaOttawa. Do I add it again?
- No. Find it and claim it from its page, so the details are yours to edit. Add a business only when it is not listed yet.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your listing goes back to a free listing. Your logo, photos, longer description and website link stop showing, but they are kept, so they come back when you renew.
- Do the prices include tax?
- No. Prices are in Canadian dollars for one year, and HST is added.
